Of course it's free, or it probably would be named something else besides Free Video Flip and Rotate! It's ready for Windows XP, Vista, 7, and 8. Simply click "Decline" next to the software you aren't interested in installing, and select "Custom installation" and uncheck boxes saying you want to install other software. As it is, Free Video Flip and Rotate makes flipping video clips as easy as flipping JPEGs.
